Agnès Audier is Partner and Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group where she has specialized in transformation, especially digital transformation. Her clients operate in four sectors: transportation & infrastructure, industrial goods, public sector, hospitals & Public Health. She is also Board member of Eutelsat communication.


Before joining BCG in 2007, Agnès acquired high-level experiences in both private and public sectors, investing a lot on innovation and technology topics. She worked at Vivendi as EVP Group Strategy and Business Development and then Chief Operating Officer of the Internet & Technology division. She also worked for the Communication group Havas as EVP, Chief Performance Officer. She was a member of the private cabinet of France’s Minister of Health and Social Affairs (Mrs. Simone Veil) and head of the private cabinet of the French Minister of Small Business and Trade (Mr. Jean-Pierre Raffarin).

Agnès Audier graduated from the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) and Science Po Paris. She is ingénieur en chef des Mines (Mining engineer). She also obtained a postgraduate diploma (DEA) of material sciences.
