Charles de Froment

Charles de Froment is a consultant, expert in the history of the labour market and social protection. He founded the Pergamon consulting firm in 2017 and has authored numerous reports on the employment of the youth, labour flexibility and social relations. He was general rapporteur of Institut Montaigne's report, Travailleurs des plateformes : liberté oui, protection aussi (available in French only).

A former student of the French École normale supérieure, with an agrégation (the highest teaching diploma in France) in history, he taught at Sciences Po and Harvard.
