Across more than three decades in strategic and operational roles, his focus has been transitioning companies away from siloed tools and toward integrated platforms that unlock new value.At Dassault Systèmes, in collaboration with Aerospace Industry leaders such as Dassault Aviation and Boeing, he built an industry approach that moved global aircraft program development teams into integrated platform environments. He brought this same platform logic to Bull and Atos, where he developed "as-a-Service" operating capabilities and deployed new business models for cloud, big data, and cybersecurity technologies. Most recently, he partnered with L’Oréal to develop ecoDesignCloud, a SaaS platform designed to make sustainability performance and eco-design affordable and scalable across complex global retail supply chains.Globally curious and culturally fluent, Stephen holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Colorado, and a Bachelor of Arts in French literature from the University of Bordeaux.
