Sinan Ülgen

Former diplomat and Chairman of EDAM think tank

Sinan Ülgen is a former Turkish diplomat. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and a graduate degree from the College of Europe. He is the chairman of the Istanbul based EDAM think tank and a visiting scholar at Carnegie Europe in Brussels. His latest publication is entitled "The governance of cyber space" and was published by the Carnegie Endowment in January 2016. He was a member of the international security experts established by the former NATO Secretary General Rasmussen. He also served on the academic advisory board of the NATO College.
