Quentin Lopinot

Visiting fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies

Quentin Lopinot is a visiting fellow in the Europe Program, at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, focusing on European security issues. A career diplomat with the French Foreign Service, he most recently served as deputy head of the Nuclear Disarmament and Non-Proliferation Division of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Previous positions include deputy head of the Strategic Affairs and Cybersecurity Division, focusing on NATO and European Defense issues, and desk officer in the Terrorism and Organized Crime Division.
