Olivier Scalabre

Olivier Scalabre is a Senior Associate Director at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He is currently responsible for BCG's industrial activities across Europe. Olivier has also developed the Innovation Centers for Operations (ICO) network, which now has 10 addresses around the world (France, Germany, USA, Singapore, Brazil, China, UK). Olivier was previously Head of the European Operations practice. In this context, he has set up centres dedicated to operations - the Ops Centers - which house a team of 150 people. This team is mainly composed of operations experts trained to respond to the challenges of BCG's clients on these subjects.
