Marcin Terlikowski

Ph.D, Head of International Security Programme in the PISM

Marcin Terlikowski, Ph.D, head of International Security Programme in the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM). Since 2007 he has been defence analyst with PISM. He holds Ph.D. in defence economics (Warsaw School of Economics, SGH). In his research he focuses on military capability development in Europe, both within the European Union’s Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP), including PESCO; and in NATO. He follows defence industrial policies in Europe, European defence and military cooperation in bi- and mini-lateral formats; transatlantic defence and industrial relations. He is the author of numerous policy reports and academic papers on European defence, defence economics, Polish security policy and crisis management operations.
