Joe Owen

Joe is a Programme Director at the Institute for Government, working on their Brexit programme and leading their research into Whitehall’s preparation for Exiting the European Union. He has also worked on the Institute’s digital government and departmental transformation research. Joe has worked with a number of UK government departments as a consultant, including the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Defence, and spent a year in the strategy team at Transport for London working on the spending review and mayoral elections.
