Florence Chafiol

Florence Chafiol is a partner in August Debouzy's Technologies, Intellectual Property, Media department. She has developed a highly recognized practice on all matters related to personal data, both for French and foreign companies, assisting with compliance plans (particularly with the GDPR) or with launching products or new projects. She also assists clients who have undergone audits with the management of their litigation with the French Data Protection Authority’s Litigation Division.
