Feliciano Guimarães is an Academic Director and Senior Researcher at the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI), and Associate Professor at the Institute of International Relations (USP). He is an associate editor of Foreign Policy Analysis. He was Visiting Researcher at Yale University (2008-2009), Visiting Fellow at the Department of Political Science at Yale (2019-2020), and Program Chair of the 2020 Annual Meeting of the International Studies Association (Hawaii).
He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of São Paulo - USP, a Master's in International Relations from the State University of Campinas, and a Bachelor's in International Relations from Tuiuti University. He also has an incomplete Bachelor's in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Paraná.
