Antoine Glaser

Journalist and specialist on African studies

Antoine Glaser is a journalist and specialist on African studies. From 1973 to 1988 he was editor-in-chief at Ediafric La documentation africaine. Then, from 1988 to 2010 he directed Indigo Publications. In parallel, he wrote a number of books such as Comment la France a perdu l’Afrique (How France lost Africa) in 2005 co-written with Stephen Smith (Calmann Lévy), AfricaFrance, quand les dirigeants africains deviennent les maîtres du jeu (AfricaFrance, When African Leaders Become the Masters of the Game) in 2015 (Fayard), and more recently Le piège africain de Macron (Macron’s African Trap) published in 2021 and co-written with Pascal Airault (Fayard).
