On the 2nd March, Institute Montaigne hosted a webinar with Michel Duclos, special advisor for Geopolitics and Former Ambassador of France to Syria, on the theme “Ukraine Crisis: Is De-Escalation Possible?”.
As the invasion continues and Russia seems to take even more steps to challenge Ukraine power and sovereignty, there are many questions surrounding whether there will be a clear end to this conflict and whether there can be a successful de-escalation without serious geopolitical consequences and fall out.
