Philippe Josse

State Councilor

Philippe Josse graduated from Sciences Po Paris, the French National School of Administration, and holds a Masters of Advance Studies in Law from the University Paris-II.
 
Senate Administrator, as General Secretary of the “Syndicats des transports d’Ile-de-France” (STIF), Deputy Director of the Office of the Ministers Alain Lambert and Jean-Louis Borloo, and later Chief of Staff to Jean-François Copé (2004 to 2006), he served as Budget Director in the Ministry of Budget from 2006 to 2011.
 
He was appointed State Councilor and State Representative of the Board of Directors of EDF in 2011.
 
Philippe is associate professor at University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, where he teaches public accounting, and public financial engineering.
