Impressive article with keen observation and insights!

It would be interesting to see how CRRC's "localise/melt inside" strategy has been implemented in its ongoing overseas projects, as the localisation aspect of China's overseas infrastructure projects created some major clashes with local governments and communities in the past.

Also, it seemed to me that the UK for the past few years has been more receptive to Chinese investments and bidders in infrastructure building compared to the US and EU. One wonders how this friendlier attitude might shift after Brexit.

I look forward to more insightful reports from Viviana Zhu in the future.
