Thomas Pereira da Silva

Project Officer – Professional Training and Employability

Thomas is Project Officer at Institut Montaigne since March 2019. He is particularly focused on topics related to education and skills mismatches. Before joining the Institut Montaigne, he worked for in Finance, NGOs, Media, and Think Tank industries in New York City, Washington D.C., Amman (Jordan), Rabat (Morocco) and Paris. 

Thomas graduated from the International Relations program at Johns Hopkins University (Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS)) concentrating in International Development.

He has previous experience in research around the skill mismatch between the education system and labor market in Morocco, project implementation, and event planning.
