Elise Lannaud
Program Officer - Digital Program
Elise Lannaud joined Institut Montaigne in 2022 as a Program Officer within the Digital Program. In this capacity, she contributes to the think tank’s policy work on digital issues and the development and implementation of the program’s various projects. She previously worked as a research analyst in a London-based political risk advisory.
Elise holds a degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
